I'm getting an error message "... does not begin with %PDF" and it's not opening.

It should work akhee, mine works fine alhamdulilah. Try opening a different pdf document, see if you get the same problem.

I'm getting the same error message the previous bro/sis was. I tried downloading it and then opening it with no result. what do i do?

JazâkAllâhu khayran, but there still seems to be a problem with downloading it. It says it can't create the font needed in order to show the arabic letters. Any advice on how to fix it?

Did it actually download and you tried to open it?
Have you installed all the arabic fonts?

Na'am it did download, but not properly. The arabic letters just appeared as some dots. Where do I install the arabic fonts?

To install fonts:

1. Choose Start > Settings > Control Panel

Or : In Windows XP, choose Start > Control Panel

2. Double-click the Fonts folder.

3. Choose File > Install New Font.

4. Locate the fonts you want to install.

In the Drives list, select the drive and the folder containing the fonts you want to install.

In the Folders list, select a folder that contains the fonts you want to install. (Make sure you have unzipped them first.) The fonts in the folder appear under List of Fonts.

5. Select the fonts to install. To select more than one font, hold down the CTRL key and click each font.

6. To copy the fonts to the Fonts folder, make sure the Copy fonts to the Fonts folder check box is selected.

7. Click OK to install the fonts.
