It seems like everyone has forgotton these brothers and left them to their fate, while just concentrating on Babar Ahmed's case (all of them are as important as each other, because if the precedent is set with the other brothers, then to do it to Babar Ahmed will just be a matter of course)

you have to enable arabic for non unicode programs in the language section in the control panel...

Yes, it definitely has it.

In the screen shot you posted, go to the tab marked Languages, then go to Supplemental Language Support. Click on Install Files for complex script and right-to-left langages, and hit okay, and it will prompt you to put the CD in etc.

That should work. If not, there is something else you can do. Try this first though.

Btw, if you DO have the Muhaddith programme, the Arabic-English dictionary you can get for that is better because it includes many more idiomatic expressions. This one is more convenient though.
